Bubble editor not saving

this is getting EXTREMELY ANNOYING. I’m noticing a lot of things not saving in the bubble editor. The page says “saved”, it loads and updates “saving” and then changes to “saved”.

Then I come back to the page a few days later and stuff isn’t saved. This has happened in at least 6 different places in the app over the last week. At first I thought “it must be me, I mustn’t have changed it” but today and yesterday I came across 2 places that I distinctly remember changing only a day before. It’s much more obvious as I am working less in this particular app.

I thought, “oh, I can use the new changelog feature to see if I’m going crazy” - so I go to use it and the changelog is now hidden! lol it was there in this app yesterday. I checked the release to make sure I was looking in the right place and I am…

Do you have multiple editors open when editing?

I’ve been experiencing this as well, but with any of these types of issues, Bubble seems fit on gaslighting us when reporting these types of things.

Yes - and the bubble team have previously said not to use multiple editors… but that really just doesn’t work. Trying to navigate the same window through a large app is tedious and a lot more effort/time than having multiple windows open. I regularly copy elements and need to reference other pages etc - jumping between them with tabs is 100x easier than trying to do it all in 1 tab.

Each window says that it has been saved - and each window updates when the other windows are saved - so as a user I expect the changes to be saved to the server as that’s what’s been communicated by the editor.

This is usually fine when I have one editor open, but when I have multiple I have issues – sometimes I make an edit on one editor and it doesn’t say, so I’ve just been sticking with one editor open at a time
