Bubble Go HELP!

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently gone back to testing my Bubble app on mobile, but I’m having trouble viewing data through the Bubble Go app. When I access it via Bubble Go, none of the database data appears. However, everything displays correctly when I use the web preview.

My app doesn’t have any privacy rules set up, so I’m wondering — has Bubble introduced any new configuration or requirement to make data visible through Bubble Go on mobile devices? Since everything works fine in the web preview, I’m not sure what could be missing.

Is it necessary for the application to have a paid plan to view the data through BubbleGo?

Same bug here on Bubble Go iOS, I submitted a ticket and the support told me they are working on it :+1:

Same bug here. I’m on paid plan.

I am having similar issues with Bubble Go.
Here’s my Sheet in a view when testing with the Desktop Preview (Windows 11 ).

Now, here is the same sheet when running through Bubble Go.

A lot of strange behaviours with my App, mostly since I upgraded to Bubble Go 1.10.10.

And this behaviour is the exact same on iPhone 11 (iOS 26.1)

I sense that mobile fixes are not the top priority for bubble.io.

This is what Support is telling me:
Thanks for checking in. I completely understand the urgency. That said, I’ve checked in again on my side, and the situation is the same as what I last shared: our mobile engineering team is aware of this behavior, but fixes for mobile are currently moving more slowly than usual due to limited team capacity.
