Bubble.io Hangs on "Let's Set up Your New App"

Hi guys,

I am a brand new bubble.io user, I used the “sign in with google” option to create my bubble.io account and am currently on a free account.

bubble.io is hanging on the “Let’s Set up Your New App” process right after I try to register/sign in. I have tried logging in through both Brave and Chrome, both give the same result. Is there a known issue with using Google Sign in to register/login?

Hi there, @blogshackltd… your best bet on this one would be to file a bug report so Bubble support can take a look at your app.

@mikeloc I am unable to bug report as the bug form has required fields that I can’t complete due to not having an application set up yet, eg: Impacted application*

Any suggestions? Is there a way to contact support directly?

Just wanted to pop back on the thread and thank you for your help @mikeloc it’s much appreciated! I got an email from the bubble.io dev team on the 27th saying the team had pushed a fix, and after that I was able to log in successfully and start building right away. Yaay :grinning:
