How do you put an image in the header? I’ve seen some old comments (2016) that it needs to be base64. What is the current method?

Thanks for getting back to me.
I’m trying to put a logo image in the header of a document. I want the logo to be dynamic from the database.
It says the header needs to be html code, which i have tried but the image doesnt appear.
In example below I have put this logo into the body of the pdf but I want to put it into the header so it is on each page.
