Bubble says it is down - but it isn't

I have been receiving the following message for one day now when I click on “preview”. I have put in a request to bubble but no response. The bubble system appears to be working when I check the status at https://status.bubble.is/

Could it be something to do with my account and my plan which is a personal plan?

I am not yet in production and I am just trying out different ideas and experimenting.

In the meantime, try refreshing the page or hitting “back” on your browser just in case things are working again…

It’s a known issue and they are investigating it. I also have encountered this more than five times.

This can fix the problem If your app is pointed to 54.68.12.205 --

This issue has been happening for over a week. Bubble has not come out with a fix yet. Updating the IP seemed to help about 5%. Crashes still
occur, and get this message at least a couple times every time I’m editing.
