I have an odd situation in which a user has registered as a seller via the Bubble Stripe plugin and the plugin recognizes the Seller ID. However, that account is not found in Stripe when viewing the Connect Dashboard and we get an error when trying to transfer funds to the seller stating the Account is not found.
Any thoughts on how the user could have an account (according to the plugin) but the account isn’t visible in the Stripe dashboard? What is the best way to resolve this issue? Should we simply have a user “reconnect” their account? Is there a built in workflow to do this?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
