Bubble website chat UI/UX improvement

Hello everyone! I’m looking to hire a freelancer bubble specialist.

There is a website that works like a job board (www.gigsearch.net). On this website, there are two types of users – freelance musicians and hosts (representatives of concert venues). At the moment, I need to refine and improve the chat section, where users exchange personal messages.

My team and I have build plenty of chat portals for 1 to 1 messaging and group messaging. From what I can see this looks pretty good, what exactly would you like to refine?

Maybe adding a count of how many messages are unseen in the inbox section instead of having a tab for us seen might be a good start.
