I am experiencing difficulties with deleting my current app and creating a new one from my template on Bubble. Due to numerous errors in my existing app, I need to start afresh. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Additionally, I have been charged a dollar despite not being able to fully utilize my free trial. I would like to request the full 14-day trial period before any charges are applied, or alternatively, a refund for the initial charge.
Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
