Bubble wont let me delete my app

Subject: Assistance Required for App Deletion and Billing Issue

Dear Support Team/Recipient,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am experiencing difficulties with deleting my current app and creating a new one from my template on Bubble. Due to numerous errors in my existing app, I need to start afresh. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Additionally, I have been charged a dollar despite not being able to fully utilize my free trial. I would like to request the full 14-day trial period before any charges are applied, or alternatively, a refund for the initial charge.

Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

The one dollar being charged is to be sure you’re using a valid card that has funds on it. It’s just a hold. You’ll only see this once per payment method, ideally. I don’t see it anymore.

Second, be sure you have full ownership of the application, and it doesn’t have a subscription or paid plugins currently subscribed.
