Bubble's RTE - Rich Text Editor - Bullet Points are always black

I have an RTE input where all of the font is red. I have bullet points in the input but they are always black. Seems silly but I have looked everywhere. I am not sure if this is a bug or if there is something I am simply overlooking. I would expect the bullet points would be the same color as the font.
