Bug on "Modifying an existing database entry" interface?

1. Up to two days ago, it was possible to click on a database row, expand any field, see the text and edit it

2.Since yesterday, database fields do not expand anymore:

Each window is very small, which makes it extremely unpractical to modify long entries as you cannot see the whole text.

3. Has anybody experienced a similar issue? Any solution?

Notes:

a. The issue occurs on all our apps

b. We didn’t modify anything on the apps, this error appeared out of nowhere

c. This issue occurs on both Chrome and Firefox
