Bubble in the past had a page we could go to see all of our reported bugs and their status. This page was great for reviewing bug report status. This will be great to have back to help us avoid the issues of Bug reports getting ‘incorrectly marked as complete’ and us losing weeks of time of getting bugs resolved that affect our live applications.
It would also be great to get the bug report details to be part of the automatic reply again, for two reasons. One, is the same as above in that it will help us review email threads of bug reports to follow up with support when no resolution has been achieved in a timely manner and things don’t continue to fall through the cracks. It will also help us when conversing with and follow supports requests for us to rephrase our step by step instructions or to remove all elements to isolate behavior.
I have to submit so many bug reports everyday that I lose track of what they are about and I don’t have the money to waste to try and manage all the reports and their details and statuses. It is such a drain on my pocket as is with the cumbersome bug reporting process and delays in resolutions as is.
