Not sure if this will work, but when you create a workflow that needs two files to “Create a new thing” the button shouldn’t work without both files so in the conditionals of the button you should be able to change the color of the button isn’t clickable, which it shouldn’t be if that workflow is in place. If this doesn’t make sense let me know!
