Can someone explain to me what CAD/MDT is and why some many people on this forum are building, buying, and selling them?

I CAD/MDT (AKA: Computer Aided Dispatch/Mobile Data Terminal) is what officers use to run plates, names, issue citations, etc. We build, buy, and sell them for uses on Roblox, FiveM, and GTAV roleplay servers. I hope this has answered your question!
