I’m building a bubble mobile app and having the problem that many people have their notifications set to “temporary” instead of “persistent” on their lock screen, which means that people are not seeing notifications on new Followers or New Messages from the app unless they happen to be looking at their app when the notification comes in. Is it possible to create a pop-up that asks a user if they want to get specifically persistent notifications on their lock screen, and change a user’s notification settings on their phone?
