Under what conditions could this query give a different result than what was configured in the parameters?

The situation is that a field [yes/no] was created to fail a value condition.

However the query is also bringing values ​​with the condition = NO or empty.

This should be working. This is returning all “NO” items or only some of them?

Did you already try to display the result as a repeating group to analyze what the “wrong entries” have in common?
