Can I Start a Hosting Company with Bubble?

I am trying to start a Minecraft Server Hosting Company, I am wondering if I can use bubble to do that. So the things I need in it is a Panel that people can access their servers & be able to type thing to the console, an Upload files things/ or Fttps file access info, a Billing page, and a store.

Does anyone know if this is possible with bubble and how I can do this,
