Can we change rotate and change the size of the text box

Hi,

Can we let the user change the size and rotate the text box as i can’t make a dynamic link, linking a field to it.
Any walk around?
I am thinking to let user edit and rotate the text box and later screen shot it and save it to their mobile phone.

I am looking to make a dynamic text input box that users can drag around , rotate and vary the size of.

This is so that users can type their own text, rotate it and overlay over an image, which they can then take a screenshot of.
