Can't delete Database entry

Hi guys please help. i am unable to delete an entry in the database. according to my knowledge i have followed all the steps but still the entry cant be removed.

Did you use the debugger and go step-by-step? I’d say to just double check that “Parent groups package” actually has a package associated with it.
