Can't deploy to live "Checking your app" stuck

All of a sudden I can’t seem to deploy my changes to our live site, it just sits at “checking your app…” Anyone else had this problem?

How do I fix it?

I had to roll back, which sucks. but that seems to have fixed whatever was causing this.
