Can't Load Application Editor

Having trouble loading the application editor on chrome. Reverted to safari and it worked for a bit, but now facing the same problem receiving the error message below:

“Sorry, we are having a temporary problem loading application data. Please try reloading the page in a bit…”

Anyone else with a similar issue?
