Can't move items within template

Every time I try to use bubble I get frustrated. Can you not just move items within a template around? It seems like they’re stuck within certain areas and it’s just overwhelming. I get stuck every time i try to use bubble. I have no coding experience so maybe i’m just dumb but Bubble is so overwhelming.
