Canvas airdev upgrade

Hi everyone,

I’m running into a problem with my app and was wondering if anyone here has experienced something similar.

I bought a Premium upgrade for the Canvas (airdev) template but the app “X” itself is linked to one account, while the payment was made from a different account.

The system clearly showed that I purchased the upgrade for APP “X” (even so I was logged in on another account) but now I’m unable to find the upgrade anywhere or apply it to the app. It seems the upgrade didn’t attach to the correct account.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
Is it possible to transfer the app from one account to another and move the Premium upgrade as well?

Any advice or experience would be really helpful!
