Centering groups on mobile not working

I’m making a separate mobile version of my site and I centered my groups on the page but the positioning on a mobile device depends on the screen width of the mobile device and always is off center to the left, not perfectly center. Is there a way to make my groups always center not dependent on the width of the mobile screen?

For example: this group is centered horizontally but when i go to the mobile responsive view it is off center. Does anyone know how to fix this?
