Change diffrent objects values from an action

How do I point to different objects on the page and change their values?

For example, I have a page like chat where the user input text below, and the answer should show up in the text value of the text object above, so basically, when the value of the input box is changed, do something with different objects on that page, like change its text value or any params?

Hi there, @anon99451406… you can use the An input’s value is changed workflow event to save data to fields in your data types, and you can refer to those fields in expressions in elements on the page. Is that what you are trying to do? Have you worked through Bubble’s tutorials and watched the academy videos?
