Hi,

I had a website from an agency transferred to me, which was operating under the agency plan.

As I wanted to add SEO elements, which I was unable to do under the agency plan, I changed from agency to the professional plan.
I have done this, and a majority of the workflows in my website are not working as they were under the previous plan - and I cannot even switch back to the old plan.

I’ve had a look through forums and can’t seem to see anyone with any similar problems… would really appreciate any guidance on this matter.

I am a prospective agency currently evaluating the Bubble.io platform, have you had a resolution to those broken workflows? Was support quick to resolve your issue? Do they have a formal help desk ticket system?
