Change laptop screen size for preview

I’m doing a tutorial with flexbox. When I view preview (not the responsive screen in the us builder) it looks strange with everything dragged out. Is there a way to change the screen size so it looks like a mobile phone size on my laptop in preview, not in the responsive tab, but I want to preview the app with my wife and I want it to look like a mobile phone size
