Change the colour of the header/menu bar when using Canvas

I can’t seem to be able to change the background colour of the header/top menu, I am using the Canvas template.

Have tried everything, eg. within bubble style section, using the Canvas admin portal, using the Canvas plugin etc. Can’t figure it out, and nothing in the Canvas documentation.
