Need some help regarding mobile menu. I have a side bar menu for desktop, but then as soon as the pixels go below 767 pixels the header & side menu disapear and a bottom floating group appears with the same information as the side bar.
What I want to know is whether when the Dashboard group (see picture) can move all the way to the top left once the width <767?

It depends on how that space at the top and side is generated. Have you set margins on the dashboard group?
If so you can set a conditional to set those margins to 0px when the current page width <767
