I built an internal tool for a client in the insurance space and I’m wondering if it’s possible to build a chatbot that the user can ask questions to regarding the app’s data.
For example:
- “Hey, when does {First Name} { Last Name}’s insurance plan expires?”
- “How many policies are still pending payment this month?”
Is this possible?
If so, I’m open to feedback and/or approach on how to do this.
