Choosing a variable based on its name

I’m using an API from a plugin that selects a currency pair for example USDCAD -

The variable name is in the format: “OpenNode - Exchange Rates’s body BTCUSD USD”

If I set the user’s data to USD and CAD, can I use those values to select the desired API call?
