Clone app into other app with subscription!

Hi,
I have two paid (annual growth plan) apps.
App A
App B

I need to create a clone from App A and to overwrite everything into App B.
Basically I can duplicate App A into NEW-APP-C and delete App B, but then I would loose my annual subscription on App B.

any idea how to do that?

I tried to export APP A and and do an Import into App B which ends in a fully desaster. 2000+ errors .
