I’m looking for some help because I’ve been blocked for over a month and I still don’t have any meaningful update.
During the Google Play Console integration, Bubble successfully created the Cloud Pub/Sub topic, but failed to create the required subscription inside that topic. This prevents Android publishing from working.
A support ticket was opened about a month ago, but since then I’ve only been receiving generic copy-and-paste responses saying the engineering team is investigating. I completely understand that bugs take time to fix, but after a month I still don’t know:
- whether the issue has been identified,
- whether there is any workaround,
- or even an estimated timeline.
My iOS app is currently in App Review, but my Android release is completely blocked because of this issue.
Could someone from the Bubble team please provide a real update on the engineering ticket? Even a brief status update would be much appreciated.
