Clustered Bar Chart and moving data

Hi,

I’m trying to create a clustered bar chart like this: image

I then want to be able to rearrange the elements of the data to move to a different column. For example: image

The data would be input straight to the app so will be in the app database. Ideally I would like the elements to be moved by using a use friendly drag and drop or similar.

I am currently using amCharts plugin but can’t get it to cluster by grouping the data set.

Any help appreciated!
