The workflows should work as the template do, if you are using them 1:1, but make sure you have:
an active natively account and keys added to the app
subscribed to snap to RG plugin (for the swiping group effect)
an active subscription for the bubble app. Bubble only allows custom JS in the html head etc once it’s in a paid plan.
Finally. Make sure you’re natively plugin are up to date. Re-building your app could also do the trick if you wrapped it a couple of months age.
They recently released their version 3.0 of the wrapper.
Also delete BDK if that is installed. It might interfere with Natively.
Also, some plugins are PWA / browser only and won’t work with the wrapped app. Eg. Native camera. You need to use the Natively plugin’s camera element for that once wrapped.
I have already asked them about cross compatibility for their plugin features on wrapped apps / PWAs, hoping it can be done will make cross platform design easier and lighter.
I haven’t wrapped my app yet so I am using the Natively app to see what my (currently PWA) app would look like as a completely wrapped app. I was hoping to completely set up my app with all native features using their Natively app before publishing it to the app store but now I’m not sure if this is possible.
I will double-check with them, but really appreciate your answers! Thanks again!
Most features should work, but the preview apps for the wrappers won’t give you the final experience. I have also had some feature that didn’t work.
The way I do it, is subscribing to a monthly plan, setting up the app and once satisfied, changing to a lifetime plan. You can always pull it off the monthly subscription if you have a month working on something g else.
I only use TestFlight. That being said, I already have a paid Developer Account at Apple.
Yes, once you press build in Natively, it goes directly to the Apple Developer Dashboard where you can “publish” the build to TestFlight and “external” testers if you want - quite easily.
Thank you very much for all of the information! I’ve only had PWAs up until now, and I’m just now diving into wrapped apps, so I appreciate all the insight.
It is a state of the art mobile / native template with integrated AI text and audio streaming LLMs and a premium UX build from customer feedback.
Ready to adjust and publish to the App Store and Google Play with the Natively Wrapper.
The swiping screen UI/UX can be used for designing most types, while the AI setup is great for apps that needs text + audio features.
Setting up a map with photo marker generation with external CDNs is not an easy task. With the template you can see how it’s done and use it as is, copy or recreate it.
Try it out!
