Elements collapsing when hidden when the properties are set to not collapse…
Beyond sick and tired of finding new bugs in the editor every single day. Do some internal QA - it isn’t that hard.
Not only am I QA-ing my own apps but I’m also QA-ing the bubble editor just as much! Other nocode apps launch features and fix bugs without breaking stuff constantly - why can’t bubble figure it out?

Text collapses regardless of checkbox value.
Please update on how it goes. It is very critical one if true.
Unfortunately, I can’t test it as my editor keeps crashing and is incredibly slow. Unfortunately Bubble’s issue of people being unhappy about editor being bloated and super slow has been superseded by people being unhappy with the new workflow editor. Bubble has created another problem to hush existing problem.
For what it’s worth, I’ve tested it.
In my app, it’s working as expected.
The only way I’ve been able to replicate the issue is if I set the min-height to zero and fit height to content — then it collapses, even though ‘hidden’ is unchecked.
When I give the text a minimum height, it works as expected.
Hope that makes sense.
it used to hold the height of the text even with height 0 when collapsed. thank you for testing and reply
