While I’m working on my app and set the custom domain, it would be nice to be able to make custom a “Coming Soon” page, and not have this page by default.
I think that this is important for public announcements of the Start-Ups.
You can make your index a ‘coming soon’ page, publish, and then later change your index page 
Agree on this. You can set up an index page at the beginning of your project and deploy only that, but it’s not very intuitive.

but this is not a secure mode to me. I would like to deploy only when I finish.
@petter do you say it is possible to deploy just one page?
Unfortunately, no (unless one page is all you have). So it would have to be done it when your app is completely new.
Another way that this could be solved is if we had the chance to unpublish pages, but that’s not possible now.
One final way though, is to set up a small “extra” app consisting of only the index page, and connect that to your domain while you develop the other one. Perfectly doable, but you’d have to pay a little bit extra to avoid the blue Bubble banner.
