Community and Software on same Bubble App?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has any input on the following: We’re building a SaaS-Tool and want to also create a free to use a Community Forum outside of the tool. We’re considering three different options now:

  1. Build the forum into our one existing Bubble App (Professional Plan) - build ourselves or integrate a template
  2. Buy a template and implement this into a second Bubble App
  3. Use Discourse for the Forum and use SSO feature to have the same log-in for tool & forum

Would you think that having the forum on top of our core software within the same application environment would impact performance in any way?
