The first thing is to check that your SSL is current and has no issues. I’m assuming you are using a custom domain.
If I recall, I just needed to clear my cache and delete cookies and it started to work fine again. There was something that triggered the browser’s security thing even though it was not correct. Honestly, I don’t remember exactly what it was.
But I think I also recall that the issue was only with the version-test app, and not my live app. The live app did not have the same issues.
So if a user reports this and your app’s SSL is fine, suggest clearing the cache and deleting all cookies to see if it clears it up.
