Constant Zapier Flow Error - Why?

Hi Guys,

I ran into some difficulties, when initiating a zapier workflow in my “Personal” Account. See below:

I am quite experienced in bubble workflows and triggers and I am not doing anything different… I also used paid and non-paid zapier accounts to test. Any idea what happens?
