Container Layout on conditions by AI

Hello Bubble Community,

I am participating in the Bubble & Anthropic challenge and have developed an application using BubbleAI. During this process, I discovered that the AI generated a conditional feature that does not currently exist in other applications and would prove exceptionally valuable for improving responsiveness. I reaaly hope that Bubble will consider making this functionality available to all users and applications.:folded_hands::folded_hands::folded_hands:

Super cool!

Are you able to reverse-engineer this into the browser extension @brenton.strine

Just seeing this… that’s very cool and I would have no idea how to hack it.

How are the child elements responding when the conditional kicks in? Thats been the biggest blocker to enabling this feature - how to handle any container alignment changes for impacted child elements

The direct children would have both sets of properties. You edit them by toggling the parent’s condition state (same way you can alter whether a condition applies by clicking the eyeball and it will make the element appear/disappear in the canvas).

So the child settings would only show whichever one is currently active, but you could put a not that information users that they can see the other settings by changing the parent’s layout.

I’m probably oversimplifying the problem… would love to hear more about what potential roadblocks are in place
