It would be helpful to be able to copy & paste one full conditional formatting block.
Right now we can only
(1) copy / paste all the conditional formatting blocks from one element to another;
which erases all conditional formatting in the destination element
or
(2) copy / paste only the expression part of one conditional formatting block;
which means we have to redo all the outcomes for that condition
