Could an HTTPS configuration issue mess up API workflows?

I’m dealing with an issue where any backend webhook API workflow I create instantly shows an error as soon as I set the parameter definition to Detect request data.

It doesn’t matter what other settings I have on the webhook… it’s instantaneously giving me an error any time Detect request data is enabled, and goes away instantly when I change it back to manual.


I have had HTTPS set up and working for months:

I also have backend workflows enabled and have tried with data APIs both on and off.
