Create a scrollable group within Header?

Having an issue, I’m not even sure if i can get this to work or not.

Okay so, i want to make this group scrollable after the screen size shrinks down.

I want to be able to scroll over to the following options. It is a basic group with links inside. I have the min width set so it does collapse to the next line.

I was able to solve this using CSS
