Create custom map artwork with Location Tracking

Is it possible to create a custom map background and have Location Tracking over top of the background artwork along with custom map markers?

Something along the lines of this map?

Did you ever figure out a solution? Seems like background location tracking is a problem with Bubble app wrappers
