Creating a multi user audio conferencing

Hi there,

I am trying a create the following and wanted to ask for any advice or ideas regarding this.

  1. User can either create or join a group of ‘x’ number of people.
  2. This group has the ability to talk to each other via audio conferencing.
  3. The moderator is able to either allow participants in or kick them out.
  4. This group would have a chat feature for its participants to talk and share files within them.

I wonder if there are any plugins or API’s that can help me achieve the above mentioned points like Twilio or anything else. I am having a hard tie narrowing down to what can actually help me to achieve the above points and any and all help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
