Creating a video view counter

Hello community,

I’d like to know how to create a view counter for the videos on my platform. I am using the plyr video extension.

This view counter would be very similar to YouTube’s

Is there a workflow event for “video player has finished?” If so, you’d use that workflow event and then make changes to the data type (whatever is holding the video information) where you’d make the video counter = Data types views + 1
