Creating many 'things'

I need help in creating many 'SKUs" from one action button.

Situation:
Sellers are listing a product on my marketplace and they add the different ‘shoe sizes’ (example), I then need to be able create a new SKU for each of those different shoe sizes and then save each of those created SKUs to the parent product as a list of SKUs.

Please can you assist me as I don’t understand how to create a new SKU for each of the different sizes when the seller pushes “Create product”. I have attached a pic below to show how sellers add the sizes and then I need to create a SKU for each of those.
