Any time i click on an input to put information i create a record in the data base. Also when i press the “button” to save its creating new records
If a click the multiline input or the tex input im adding new records… I want to solve this. And just save the data when i click the button “enviar”

Probaly you created a action in something wrong, so how to find this? , you can search for actions inside the worklow tab here:
Then search for “create a new” and review this actions:
