i am building a CRM for a company with 1000 clients.
it will have daily tasks for its 5 users, some scheduled tasks for all 1000 clients, some API calls but nothing huge.
has anyone built anything similar for 100 + clients and can tell me how many WUs it cost?
Is it necessary to move API calls or searches to xano as it gets too expensive ie more than 200 per month ?
my back of the envelope math says yes.
quick math
5 heavy users - 1000 wu a day
1000 light users - 10 wu a day (assuming they do something 1-2 times a week)
5k + 10k wu
15k wu daily x 30
450k a month
reasonable given the size of the app and the value it likely brings to 5 heavy users and their customers
thanks yes my back of the envelope math was also 500k a month with similar assumptions.
ideal would be real life experience from someone
I based my figures on crm apps I’ve built in the past
it’s hard to be accurate though since every app is wildly different. some apps have very complex workflows that need lots of wu - my assumptions above are for a fairly straightforward crm app
