Css issue with table

I want to display the employee email and all the associated dates in a single row. The first column should show the employee email, and the subsequent columns should show the dates (Date 1, Date 2, etc.). However, the employee email is currently appearing above the dates, and I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve tried to fix it but haven’t been successful. Can anyone help?

in “Group Table Header”
Uncheck the option - Fit width to content

And see if it solves the problem.
